Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before work begins. Any meaningful change in scope, support, timeline, or investment will be discussed before additional work is undertaken.
Intellectual Property

No Guarantees
Strategy, marketing, growth, leadership, and business work involve uncertainty. Client specific commitments, if any, are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
