Senior strategic leadership that stays close to the work and the momentum.

For growing businesses that need an ongoing strategic partner across decisions, priorities, execution, and growth infrastructure. Choose the level of involvement that matches the complexity of the business and the season you are in.

Generally structured as 3, 6, or 12 month workstream retainers.

What partnership means

We are there to help the business think and move better.

This is strategic leadership, not a pile of disconnected deliverables. We connect decisions across strategy, story, marketing, operations, systems, and execution so the business stops solving the same growth problem in multiple places.

Strategic direction around the priorities that matter most.
Senior outside perspective when decisions carry more weight.
Closer alignment across strategy, positioning, marketing, and execution.
Ongoing problem solving as new constraints and opportunities appear.
Continuity so improvements compound instead of resetting every month.
Fit matters

The best work requires time, access, and trust.

Partnership works best when leadership is ready to make decisions, share context, invest over a defined period of time, and address root constraints instead of chasing a one time shortcut. We intentionally keep ongoing partnerships limited so the work can stay strategic and involved.

How long are partnerships generally?

Most partnerships are structured as 3, 6, or 12 month workstream retainers. That runway is not there to create a bloated contract. It gives the work enough time to move from diagnosis into decisions, implementation, feedback, and adjustment. Strategy can look brilliant on a whiteboard and still need time to prove itself inside the business. Three months can be enough to stabilize a priority or build a stronger foundation. Six months gives us more room to activate, learn, and optimize. Twelve months makes sense when several growth priorities or deeper organizational changes need to move together. We recommend the shortest horizon that can responsibly give the work a chance to work.

How do I know which partnership level I need?

You do not need to diagnose the level on your own before we talk. We look at the pressure you are feeling now, the decisions in front of you, the number of functions connected to the challenge, how quickly the business needs to move, and how close you need us to the work. We use our C.L.O.V.E.R. Business Framework™ alongside the 6 I’s of Scalability to make that decision with you: Investigation, Initiation, Integration, Implementation, Innovation, and Introspection. Together they help us understand what is happening, what needs to align, what needs to move, and what the business needs to learn next. Then we recommend the partnership level that fits the work, not the highest fee.

Should I start with an Intensive or Sprint first?

You can, and sometimes that is the smartest way to start. If the problem and needs are still unclear, we recommend the Growth Intensive as the cleanest entry point. If the challenge is known but needs focused work and planning, a Growth Sprint can be a strong bridge. It gives us room to build momentum together, gives you a real feel for how we work, and lets both sides decide whether a longer Strategic Growth Partnership makes sense. You get flexibility in time and investment without forcing a larger commitment before the work calls for it.

Growth gets harder when every decision lives in a silo.

Bring Strategy Hackers® closer to the work so strategy, story, systems, and execution can move in the same direction.
